This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which On the Move Catering & Events (“we,” “our,” “us”) issues refunds for catering services, rentals, and event-related services. By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to this policy as a binding agreement.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Refund Policy
At On the Move Catering & Events, we invest significant time, planning, and preparation into every booking. Because of this, all event reservations are subject to strict cancellation and refund guidelines to protect our scheduling and resource allocation.
All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $200 to confirm your date. This deposit secures our time and services and is not refundable under any circumstances.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

More than 14 days prior to event:
Clients who cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the $200 deposit. -
14 days or fewer before the event:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date. This includes cancellations for personal, scheduling, or weather-related reasons. -
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
The full amount is retained. No refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Deposit Policy

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any date.

The deposit is not transferable and not applicable as credit for future bookings if the event is cancelled.
3. Rescheduling

We will make every effort to accommodate date changes requested more than 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

Events cannot be rescheduled within 14 days of the original date.
4. Third-Party Vendors & Rentals

All third-party services and rentals secured through us (such as tents, dishware, décor, or furniture) are billed separately and follow the vendor’s own refund policies.

These items are non-refundable once confirmed and booked on your behalf.
