Menus & Customization
All catering menus are fully customizable based on your preferences, dietary requirements, and event needs. We offer options for vegan, gluten-free, halal, nut-free, and allergen-sensitive menus. Menu offerings are subject to seasonal availability and may vary based on sourcing and regional supply.

Service Scope
Each catering package includes food preparation, setup, and teardown, with optional staffing (servers, bartenders, chefs) and rental add-ons. Food truck services are available on a first-booked basis and are subject to location approval and access to necessary utilities.

Event Minimums
Minimum guest count varies by service category and may be required to meet pricing tiers. These will be disclosed during your quote process.

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your date. This ensures staffing, kitchen scheduling, and ingredient procurement. The remaining balance is confirmed during a follow-up consultation.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Deposits
All $200 deposits are non-refundable. This policy covers administrative planning, staffing allocation, and time-sensitive food sourcing. If you need to reschedule, we allow one date change with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of any additional balance paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to food purchasing, staffing commitments, and prep time.

Partial Refunds or Adjustments
We do not offer partial refunds for guest no-shows, weather-related changes, or adjustments made within 7 days of the event. If you expect changes in your guest count or format, please inform us as early as possible—we’re happy to work with you when there’s time.

Food Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your catering experience, please notify our team within 24 hours of your event. We take all feedback seriously and will review all concerns on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING INFO

Delivery Zones
We offer delivery and service throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, and downtown Toronto. Events outside this region may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional travel fee.

Delivery Window
Delivery times are confirmed at the time of booking. For staffed events, we typically arrive 60–90 minutes prior to service start. For drop-off catering, we guarantee delivery within 30 minutes of the agreed time unless otherwise noted.

Setup & Teardown
For full-service events, our team handles all setup, equipment placement, service execution, and teardown. For drop-and-go service, food is delivered in disposable, eco-friendly containers with reheating and storage instructions if needed.

Food Truck Bookings
Food truck services require a clear, level parking space (minimum 25 ft) and local permit access. Final setup time and serving window are coordinated post-booking.
