Shipping Policy
On the Move Catering & Events provides delivery for all catering orders and rentals within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. Deliveries are made by our in-house team or approved logistics partners, depending on the nature and size of the event.
We pride ourselves on timely delivery, proper setup, and temperature-safe transportation to ensure food quality and service consistency.

2. Delivery Fees

Local delivery (Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville): Flat-rate or included in package pricing.

Extended GTA delivery: Fees vary based on distance, order size, and service requirements.

Rush or off-hours delivery: May incur additional charges, depending on time and staffing needs.
All delivery fees are confirmed during your quote and booking process.
3. Delivery Windows & Timing

We require a minimum 30-minute delivery window before event start time to allow for setup.

Clients must ensure venue access is available at the scheduled time.

Late arrival due to inaccessible locations or inaccurate information is not our responsibility.
4. Handling & Setup

All food is transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure freshness and safety.

Setup and breakdown services are available and must be booked in advance.

For drop-off-only orders, food will be delivered in ready-to-serve or individually packaged containers, as specified in your order.
5. Pick-Up of Rentals & Equipment

If we’ve supplied equipment or rentals, pickup will be scheduled during booking.

Clients are responsible for securing items until pickup and ensuring all items are available and undamaged.
Late-night or next-day pickup options are available for an added fee.
6. Client Responsibility at Delivery

Clients or a designated contact must be present to receive and confirm the delivery.

Any damages or issues must be reported at the time of delivery.

Changes to location, access, or timing must be provided at least 48 hours in advance.
