    While we recommend booking in advance, we understand that sometimes events come up unexpectedly. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute catering requests, depending on availability. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your needs.

    Yes, we offer tasting sessions for larger events, including weddings. This allows you to sample our menu options and make any adjustments based on your preferences. Contact us to schedule a tasting session!
  • What are your payment terms?
    We require a deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due within 14 days to the event date. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cheque. We’ll provide you with a detailed invoice once your order is finalized.

    On the Move Catering serves the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions in Ontario. For events outside of this area, please contact us directly, and we can discuss delivery or travel arrangements.
  • How far in advance should I book your services?
    We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger events or weddings, it’s best to book even earlier. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so feel free to reach out!
