Table to include throughout the day and evening for the duration of the show.

The Beverages: Available all the time during show hours.

  • Bottled Spring, Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Sprite, Iced Tea and; Coffee & Tea with related condiments

The Snacks & The Cookies

Our large homemade cookies come in four exciting flavours including: Double chocolate fudge, NO MACADAMIA NUT, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip

  • Chips & Pretzels: 4-5 varieties
  • Assorted Squares: 3-4 different varieties
  • A selection of seasonal mixed fruit, served sliced, diced, on a tray, whole or in a bowl,
  • Granola Bars
  • Assorted Pies
  • Assorted Candy

The “Wake Me Up” Station

Coffee, tea, assorted juices and bottled water (at Kraft Table) and;

The Ego

  • A delectable array of large size baked goods including chocolate, cheese and cherry croissant, cream cheese, apple and mixed fruit Danish and bran, carrot and blueberry muffins and;
  • Bagels with butter, cream cheese and jams

The Tutti-Frutti

A selection of seasonal mixed fruit, served sliced, diced, on a tray, whole or in a bowl, with fresh Coconut to sprinkle and;

  • Yoghurt (pre packaged)
  • And;
  • Pork Link Sausage
  • Lean Bacon
  • Buttermilk pancakes,
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Home Fries
  • Served with ketchup and hot sauce

“The Barbie”

  • Coffee, tea, assorted juices and bottled water and soda (at Kraft Table) and;
  • Our own, quarter-pound made to measure beef burgers and jumbo all beef hot dogs, and;
  • Spicy Italian Sausage and;
  • Veggie& Soy Dogs

Served with; All condiments including: tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, relish, hot sauce, ketchup,

  • Baked potatoes and all the fixins’ and;
  • Grilled veggie skewers
  • Mixed greens (mesculin mix & romaine) served with assorted seasonal vegetables and;
  • French, Blue Cheese, Balsamic and Caesar Dressing and;
  • Fresh Juicy Watermelon

Sample Show Day Dinner Menu

The Pasta Station

Our favourite pasta in the world will be prepared for you in two ways. We’ll take fresh pasta and we’ll serve it from butane powered tabletop pans. We’ll mix it and stir it into one of two (2) sauces requested by guests. The first sauce will be very traditional and very delicious “meat” red-sauce. The second a butternut squash cream based sauce.

The Salmon

  • 2 whole oven baked salmon prepared and stuffed with assorted vegetables

Grilled Strip loin

  • Canadian grade A Beef, seasoned and grilled to client specification

The Grilled Vegetables

  • Grilled Eggplant, zucchini, peppers and onions prepared to perfection


For Vegetarians

Th’ Eggplantigiana

  • Eggplant Parmigiana in a traditional Italian basil-red sauce and;
  • Vegan Stir Fry

The Salad Bar

  • Mixed greens (mesculin mix) and;
  • Baby Spinach leaves

The Prepared Salads

  • A Greek tomato cucumber salad with black olives, feta cheese and artichoke hearts
  • Napa slaw prepared with sesame, raisins and shaved carrots
  • Penne Pasta salad with snow peas, red pepper, red onions, spinach, basil in a creamy green onion dressing
  • Creamy Potato Salad

The Dressing

  • Honey-balsamic vinaigrette
  • Creamy green onion dressing

The Dessert

  • Assorted Cookies and Squares
